With MyGoMo you can easily manage your account. The main functions you have access to are as follows:
- check your bills
- change your roaming preferences
- block or unblock premium services (such as 0900x, 0901x or 0906x value-added services, adult content or other services that are subject to a fee)
- make changes to your account
- update your payment details
- view your PIN/PUK codes
- monitor your usage
To change your password, log in to your MyGoMo account and update your password under “My Profile”.
To change your username (email address), log in to your MyGoMo account and update your username (email address) under “My Profile”.

How do I register?
If you have not registered or verified your email address yet, click here to get started.
You can edit your details by logging in to MyGoMo and updating your details under “My Profile”.
Yes, once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to verify your email address which will allow you to set up your MyGoMo account. Your account number will be indicated in the welcome email which will receive a few days later.

If you need more than one SIM card, you must add them during your first order. This function will be available soon. If you have already placed an order, you currently have the option of creating another account with a different email address. You can order a maximum of 4 SIM cards at the same time.
You can link up to 4 GoMo SIM cards to 1 MyGoMo account. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to merge 2 accounts.
Remember, if you have a price plan with lifetime discount for CHF 9.95/month and you delete it from your account, you will not be able to restore your price plan for CHF 9.95 and you may lose your number.
