Where can I find information on roaming and roaming fees?

How can I activate or deactivate roaming?

In your MyGoMo account, you can change your roaming usage settings at any time. Connect to your account and go to the Subscriptions section, then to Configuration and to Roaming cost management.

To do so, log in to your account and go to the Subscriptions section, then to Configuration and to Roaming cost management. Click on Edit to manage your roaming spending limits.

Which fees are included in the roaming spending limits?

The roaming limits you set cover all the fees related to your roaming usage that are not included in your subscription.

Fees included in your limits:

    • Local calls
    • Calls to Switzerland

Which browser should I use to purchase additional data packages while abroad?

Open the page costcontrol.go-mo.ch/status using Firefox or Safari on your mobile phone. It is not possible to purchase additional data packages using the Opera mobile browser (and with Chrome, it works only intermittently).

Are there roaming Data Packs for GoMo+?

Yes. The prices for roaming services are available here: https://www.go-mo.ch/en/roaming.

What other precautions can I take to avoid data roaming?

In addition to deactivating data roaming, we generally recommend that you deactivate “Mobile Data” in your settings. Some Android devices are also equipped with a “Data Saver”, which must be activated by the user.

To prevent further risks, the following functions should also be deactivated:
