What can I do in MyGoMo?

With MyGoMo you can easily manage your account. The main functions you have access to are as follows:

  • check your bills
  • change your roaming preferences
  • block or unblock premium services (such as 0900x, 0901x or 0906x value-added services, adult content or other services that are subject to a fee)
  • make changes to your account
  • update your payment details
  • view your PIN/PUK codes
  • monitor your usage

I want to change my password.

To change your password, log in to your MyGoMo account and update your password under “My Profile”.

I want to change my current username (email address).

To change your username (email address), log in to your MyGoMo account and update your username (email address) under “My Profile”.

I cannot log in to MyGoMo.

I have forgotten my username/email address.

How do I edit my personal details in MyGoMo?

You can edit your details by logging in to MyGoMo and updating your details under “My Profile”.

Can I register for MyGoMo without my account number?

Yes, once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to verify your email address which will allow you to set up your MyGoMo account. Your account number will be indicated in the welcome email which will receive a few days later.

How do I add another SIM card to my account?

If you need more than one SIM card, you must add them during your first order. This function will be available soon. If you have already placed an order, you currently have the option of creating another account with a different email address. You can order a maximum of 4 SIM cards at the same time.

How many SIM cards can I link to my account?

You can link up to 4 GoMo SIM cards to 1 MyGoMo account. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to merge 2 accounts.

Remember, if you have a price plan with lifetime discount for CHF 9.95/month and you delete it from your account, you will not be able to restore your price plan for CHF 9.95 and you may lose your number.

I have 2 MyGoMo accounts. Can I now link all my SIM cards to a single account?

You can link up to 4 GoMo SIM cards to 1 MyGoMo account. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to merge 2 accounts.
