To unblock your device, you need the PUK1 code, which is written on the packaging of your SIM card. If you have lost it, you can also find all your PIN / PUK codes in your MyGoMo account. Go to the Configuration tab under Subscriptions.
Loss or theft
Block your SIM card and order a new one:
Block your SIM card: log in to your MyGoMo account. In the Subscriptions section on the Configuration tab, click the Block button and then click Confirm.
