According to the contract between us, GoMo provides you with services
(all GoMo telecommunications services including voice, SMS and data
services) and you as a customer agree to use these services exclusively
for "normal use".
Normal use
Normal use means using the Services in a way that does not interfere
with providing the best possible quality of service to any other
customer. Abroad, the services must be used exclusively for normal
personal use, including during travel and temporary stays.
In particular, the points listed below are not part of normal use:
- – the resale of services by the customer or by third parties;
- – using the Services as a provider of value-added/mass communication services (e.g. fax broadcasting, call centre);
- – the use of the services in special applications (e.g. GSM gateways, direct dialing solutions, M2M, surveillance systems, WLAN hotspots, permanent connections, redirection/forwarding of connections to value-added service, short or special numbers);
- – the connection of unauthorized applications and devices to the GoMo network infrastructure; the dissemination of bulk advertising or unsolicited advertising (spamming);
- – Violations of the security of network components and systems, in particular piracy (“hacking”), unauthorized monitoring of data traffic (sniffing), disruption and/or overloading of services (flooding), falsification or alteration of information (spoofing);
- – Predominant use of the services abroad.
