In your GoMo account, you can personalize or deactivate the roaming services (calls, data & SMS) of all lines belonging to your account. Log in to your account and go to the “Account details” section and then to “Roaming & Service parameters”.

The roaming limits you set cover all costs related to your roaming usage not included in your subscription.

  • Roaming data
  • Roaming calls
    • Incoming calls
    • Local calls
    • Calls to CH
    • Calls to other countries

    • Forwarded calls
  • Roaming SMS: outgoing SMS only

If you reach the roaming limit you set for yourself (e. g. CHF 100.-/month), you can increase your volume by modifying your line parameters. Log in to your account and go to the “Account details” section and then to “Roaming & Service parameters”.

If you reached the permitted maximum limit, your roaming services will be blocked until the end of the current month. They will be available again from the 10th of the next month.

With GoMo you profit from extremely attractive tariffs.

We recommend that you use Wi-Fi whenever possible or that you activate Wi-Fi Calling.

In addition to disabling the “Data abroad” option, we recommend disabling mobile data in general. Some Android devices are also equipped with a “Data Saver”, which the user must activate.

To further prevent the risk, it is also recommended to deactivate the following functions :
– Wi-Fi Support (iPhone)
– Download Booster (Samsung).

With your subscription, you can spend up to CHF 250.- on services outside your allowance (international calls, roaming, value-added services).
