My GoMo account
With your MyGoMo account you can easily manage your account. Here are the main functionalities :
- Check your bills
- Change your roaming preferences
- Block or unblock the premium services (for instance Value Added Services 0900x; 0901x ou 0906x, adult content or other services)
- Make changes to your account
- Update your payment details
- Find your PIN/PUK,
- Check your usage
and much more!
To change your password log into your MyGoMo account and update your password in the My Profile section.
To change your username (email address) log into your MyGoMo account and update your username (email) in the My Profile section.
You can edit your details by logging into MyGoMo and updating your details in the My Profile section.
Yes, you will receive an email to verify your email and set up your MyGoMo account after you place your order. Your account number will be in your welcome email which you will receive a few days later.
To add another SIM to your account, simply go to our eShop. When you reach the ‘Customer Details’ page, login in (if you haven’t already) and we will populate all your details as it is in your account. Then all you have to do is complete your purchase.
Remember you can only have max 4 SIMs per account.
You can now have up to 4 GoMo SIMs on one GoMo account. Unfortunately there is no way to merge 2 accounts at this time but will let you know if this changes in the future.
Remember, if you have the CHF 9.95 a month for life plan and you cancel this from your account you will not be able to get your CHF 9.95 plan again and you may lose your number.
