In your MyGoMo account, you can change your roaming usage settings at any time. Connect to your account and go to the Subscriptions section, then to Configuration and to Roaming cost management.
The roaming limits you set cover all the fees related to your roaming usage that are not included in your subscription.
Fees included in your limits:
If you reach the spending limit you have set (e.g. CHF 100.-/month), you can increase your volume by modifying the settings of your line. To do so, log in to your account and go to the Subscriptions section, then to Configuration and to Roaming cost management. Click on Edit to manage your roaming spending limits.
If you have reached the maximum permitted limit, your roaming services will be blocked until the end of the current month. They will be available again from the 1st of the next month.
Only for GoMo+ – If you run out of data, you will be redirected to a web page where you can purchase additional data packages, valid for 365 days after activation.
If you do not buy a data package, you will no longer have access to mobile data and no charges will be applied.
If you exceed your high-speed data allowance, your data speed will be reduced.
To continue surfing at high speed once your allowance is used up, you can purchase additional Data Packs on Cost Control (website only accessible on mobile and with Wi-Fi turned off).
Open the page costcontrol.go-mo.ch/status using Firefox or Safari on your mobile phone. It is not possible to purchase additional data packages using the Opera mobile browser (and with Chrome, it works only intermittently).

In addition to deactivating data roaming, we generally recommend that you deactivate “Mobile Data” in your settings. Some Android devices are also equipped with a “Data Saver”, which must be activated by the user.

If you use internet in a country where you have no included data volume or have already used up your included data volume, the Data DayPass will be automatically activated without any action on your end. You will enjoy unlimited internet access, including 1 GB at high speed. After 1 GB, the speed is reduced to 128 kbit/s.
The Data DayPass is only charged on the first connection to the foreign mobile network and is valid for 24 hours. You will be notified by SMS with all relevant information about the offer and its follow-up.
Simply make sure you have your roaming data activated and your roaming limit is set to minimum CHF 50.-.
The price of the Data DayPass option in the EUROPE zones is CHF 4.95, CHF 9.95 in the TRAVEL & WORLD zones, and CHF 19.95 in the FAR zone, valid for 24 hours from the first use.
This option is activated by default with GoMo+ and GoMo Europe subscriptions.
If you do not wish to use the Data DayPass option by default, you can simply deactivate it in MyGoMo.
The Data DayPass option can be deactivated at any time in MyGoMo.
Upon activation, you will receive an SMS with all the information about the Data DayPass and a link with the information on how to deactivate it.
