Three months for free: CHF 59.85 (19.95 x 3 months) will be credited on your invoices. If the balance of your first invoice is lower than the credit amount, the balance will be carried over to your next and subsequent invoices until it is used up.

GoMo Europe is a mobile subscription with unlimited internet in the Europe zone (including 20 GB at highspeed), designed for who live or work in Switzerland but travel often across Europe.

If you exceed your high-speed data allowance, the speed will be reduced to 128 Kbit/s.

To continue surfing at high-speed, you can purchase additional roaming Data Packs via our Cost Control cockpit or via MyGoMo.

Within the Europe zone, GoMo Europe includes unlimited data roaming, with 20 GB high-speed. If you exceed your 20 GB of high-speed data allowance, your data speed will be reduced to 128 kbit/s. Calls and SMS in the Europe zone are not included and are billed based on GoMo’s roaming tariffs.

If you travel and use roaming data outside of the Europe zone, the Data DayPass will activate automatically so that you can surf at high-speed wherever you go. This option can be deactivated at any time via MyGoMo or via the Cost Control cockpit. Calls and SMS are billed according to GoMo's roaming tariffs.

You can purchase additional Data Packs to stay connecting during your travelling adventures via our roaming Cost Control cockpit or via MyGoMo.

Yes, GoMo gives you the freedom to choose between a traditional SIM card and an eSIM for your subscription. When ordering your new subscription, just select your preferred option during checkout in the “order summary” step. You will receive your eSIM voucher with a QR code by post to activate your service.

If you are an existing customer and would like to switch from a physical SIM to an eSIM, you can do so if your device is compatible. Please contact our chat support for assistance.

Note that it is not possible to switch to an eSIM via MyGoMo unless you already use an eSIM and would like to order an eSIM replacement.
