You can only place an order on https://www.go-mo.ch/en/home/ it’s as simple as that!

You need an official and valid document that proves your identity: identity card, passport or driving license. Driving licenses are not accepted.

You must be at least 18 years old.

Shopping your subscription(s) is incredibly easy! Go to the site https://www.go-mo.ch/en/home/, fill out the registration form and have your identity verified. Your new SIM card will be sent to you in the following days

I have placed an order; when will I receive it?2021-10-05T15:12:43+00:00

After completing your order, you will receive an email with your order reference number. Normally, your order will be processed within 72 hours. Once the order has been successfully processed, you will receive a new notification to track the sending of your SIM card.

Transfer of my number

How do I keep my current number?2021-10-05T15:13:57+00:00

When ordering your GoMo SIM card(s), you can give us a proxy and we will take care of the transfer of your number.

Simply fill in the “Transfer your number from another provider” section on the order form.

During the number transfer process, you will receive several SMS messages from us on the number that will be transferred (i.e. on your current SIM card) informing you on the transfer status.

Validating my identity

How to validate my identity with the ID checker?2021-09-16T14:26:00+00:00

1. After placing your order, click on the “Verify my identity” button or scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen using your smartphone.

2. Scan your ID document. NB: it must correspond to the one you used when registering!

3. Make video of yourself.

IMPORTANT: the ID check process must be done without any interruption. Otherwise you’ll be requested to start again.

Identification via the secure application GoMo ID Checker is only compatible with the following phones:

iPhones with iOS 12 or higher: iPhone 6, iPhone 6+, iPhone 6S, iPhone 7, iPhone 7+, iPhone 8, iPhone 10, iPhone 11 and all the following iPhones.

Smartphones with the following Android systems and camera features:
– Marshmallow 6.0 – 6.0.1, Camera API level 23.
– Nougat 7.0 – 7.1.1, Camera API level 24-25
– Oreo 8.0 – 8.1, Camera API level 26-27
– Pie 9, Camera API level 28

Non-exhaustive list of the most common smartphones under the Android systems mentioned above:
