How can I recommend a friend?

You can share your referral link received by email to recommend GoMo to your loved ones. Your referral link can be used for up to 5 orders until the end date mentioned in the email communication. For each valid order, you will be rewarded CHF 30.- spread over 12 months (CHF 2.50 per month). You will receive an email notification with the number of successful orders.

An order is considered valid if: 

  • it is not cancelled by the end date mentioned in your email
  • no future termination has been entered in the system by the end date mentioned in your email

What is the reward for me and my friend, and when will we receive it?

  • For you (the referrer)

For each valid order, you will be rewarded with CHF 30.- spread over 12 months (CHF 2.50 per month) as a discount on your bill labelled “GoMo Friends Discount”. This will start from the billing of the month mentioned in the email communication.

  • For your friend

The reward of CHF 30.- will be applied directly during the order process as a discount of CHF 2.50 per month for 12 months starting directly from the first bill of your friend, who will be informed by email.

What are the terms and conditions?

For you (the referrer)

The total of your monthly reward must not exceed your monthly subscription fees.

 

Each valid order will be rewarded. An order is considered valid if: 

  • it is not cancelled by the end date mentioned in your email
  • no future termination has been entered in the system by the end date mentioned in your email

The reward cannot be redeemed in cash or transferred to another subscription number.

If you terminate your line, the future discount not yet applied will be lost.

 

For your friend

  • The order needs to be made exclusively through the referral link shared by the referrer. 

The reward cannot be redeemed in cash or transferred to another subscription number.

What happens if my friend forgets to use my link during sign-up?

  • No worries! We're here to help. Just have your friend reach out to our Customer Service team via chat, and we'll do our best to retroactively apply the referral for you. We don't want either of you to miss out!

How can I track the status of my referred friends and my pending rewards?

We make it easy! You will receive an email notification of your successful orders and the amount of your reward. You can expect a final update right at the end of the promotion's verification period.

Can I also refer friends and family if I have been referred myself or if I have not received a referral link as an existing GoMo customer?
