How to block your SIM card and order a new one:

1. Blocking your SIM card: log in to your MyGoMo account. In the “Account details” section, go to “Roaming & Service parameters” and activate the menu item “Line blocking”.

2. Ordering a new replacement SIM card: log in to your MyGoMo account. In the “Account details” section, click on “Replace/activate SIM” and follow the instructions.
